Once an order is placed for any of our rings we post out a ring sizer to you.
As your item is custom made we do not accept returns.
However we can make amendments such as a ring size at a cost of £30 or adjusting of chain lengths free of charge.
From the moment you place your order the motions start and aim to get your order out in 3 weeks.
During the Pandemic production has slowed and you are notified of any delays.
