Gold is precious metal therefore it is important to look after your new jewellery by avoiding any harsh chemicals or rough textures to rub against your necklace.
Avoid commercial liquid polish or “dips”
Keep your jewellery in individual pouches or within soft-lined boxes to avoid scratches.
Timeframe:
The time you place your order to completion is approximately 3 weeks. Should you have a particular date in mind, please contact us.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to deliver your order and ship within the UK and worldwide. We always obtain a proof of postage and you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
