By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve written them as simply and honestly as possible because we believe luxury should feel personal, not complicated.

BESPOKE JEWELLERY

Every Burt & Gurt commission is handcrafted to order in London’s historic Hatton Garden. No two pieces are ever exactly the same and slight variations are part of what makes bespoke jewellery so special.

Once work has begun on a bespoke commission, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, we’ll work closely with you throughout the entire process and will always do our very best to ensure you’re delighted with your finished piece.

PRICING

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all prices are correct, we reserve the right to amend pricing should an error occur. Precious metal and gemstone prices can fluctuate and bespoke quotations are valid only for the period stated on your quotation.

PAYMENT

We may require a deposit before work begins on bespoke commissions. The remaining balance must be paid before your jewellery is dispatched or collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photographs and written content displayed on this website remain the property of Burt & Gurt London and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

LIABILITY

We take enormous pride in the jewellery we create and stand behind our craftsmanship. Whilst we will always endeavour to resolve any issues fairly and promptly, Burt & Gurt London cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear or third-party alterations.
